Service
Niai helps small businesses create, schedule, copy, and track WhatsApp-ready marketing messages. Generated content is a draft and must be reviewed before use.
Your responsibilities
- Use Niai only for lawful business communication.
- Only message customers where you have a lawful basis and consent where required.
- Review AI-generated messages before sending them.
- Comply with WhatsApp Business rules, Meta policies, marketing rules, and local privacy laws.
Payments and subscriptions
Niai charges monthly subscriptions for access to paid planning, scheduling, and growth features. PayPal subscriptions are billed in USD, while Paystack subscriptions are billed in KES. Payment provider availability may vary by market.
