This policy explains how Niai collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you use the site and app.

Who we are

Niai helps small businesses generate, schedule, copy, and track WhatsApp-ready customer messages. For privacy questions, contact support@niai.pro.

This policy is a practical starting point and is not legal advice. You should have a qualified lawyer review it before relying on it for regulated or large-scale operations.

Data we collect

  • Account data such as name, email address, login method, and authentication identifiers.
  • Business profile data such as business category, tone, language, audience, service area, products, offers, and brand voice notes.
  • Generated content, monthly notes, sent status, contact records, tags, consent notes, and schedule activity that you choose to enter.
  • Payment and subscription metadata from Paystack or PayPal, such as payment reference, amount, status, and customer or subscription codes.
  • Technical data such as device, browser, IP-derived security logs, service logs, and error information from hosting and infrastructure providers.

How we use data

  • To create and secure your account.
  • To generate WhatsApp broadcast calendars and improve the relevance of messages.
  • To save profiles, contacts, schedules, broadcast history, and subscription status.
  • To process payments, verify provider webhooks, and provide customer support.
  • To maintain security, prevent abuse, debug errors, and comply with legal obligations.

AI processing

The app sends safe marketing context, month, tone, language, audience, service area, products or services, selling points, offer style, and monthly notes to Google Gemini to generate message drafts. Business names, owner names, phone numbers, payment details, and obvious contact details are not intentionally included in AI prompts.

Generated messages are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing them before sending them to customers.

Service providers

  • Supabase provides authentication, database, and storage infrastructure.
  • Render hosts the API and static web frontend.
  • Paystack and PayPal process payment checkout, recurring subscriptions, cards, and payment status events.
  • Google Gemini provides AI text generation.

Retention and deletion

We keep account, billing, and product data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or tax requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the app. You may request deletion of your account data, subject to records we must keep for legitimate business, legal, security, or payment reasons.

Your responsibilities

If you upload or enter customer contact information, you must have a lawful basis and consent where required. You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp Business rules, marketing consent rules, and local privacy laws before contacting customers.
